IMPACT! - Field Leader Survey

A survey has been designed to help mission organizations to systematically listen to the strengths and needs of their own field leaders in a confidential manner.   Research reports from the 2008 Pilot project are available.   A second phase research project will begin in early 2009 for partnering missions and their field-based leaders.  The IMPACT Survey is a partnership between Barnabas International.
